The Tone Deaf Challenge is a trivia game that’s played every Wednesday night at the Brothers Grimm, in Robinson Township near the YMCA. The game starts around 8:30 PM and lasts approximately 2 hours. (Except when there’s a Penguins game… we’ll start between the 2nd and 3rd periods or after the game.)
We cover all genres and decades of music from the oldies to 80s to 90s to current music. We also throw in personal opinion questions to see how your thoughts mesh with the rest of the people.
We look forward to seeing you at the game on Wednesday.
Keep checking this website for bonus opportunities. Most weeks, I’ll post an RSVP thread to get an idea of who is coming. If you RSVP, you’ll get bonus points.

Hey everyone… It’s been a little while since I’ve posted here. I just wanted to share the latest. That’s a whole bunch of nothing. We’ve been rocking it at the Brothers Grimm every week. We’re playing music. We’re doing trivia. We’re playing challenges. One team is winning. The others are losing!

You can get your 10 bonus points by RSVPing here and showing up to the Grimm before the puck drops.
If you RSVP but show up after that, you’ll earn 5 points.

Here are 3 good reasons to come to the game on Wednesday:
1. You can watch the Penguins game while playing the Tone Deaf Challenge. – We’ll probably start playing the game in the 2nd intermission in an effort to be done around 11 or so.
2. If your team wins, you’ll get half off of your food bill.
3. John will be there (and hopefully won’t be dressed like Antoine Dodson).

This is an RSVP thread. All you have to do is leave a comment with your team name and then show up to get 10 bonus points. This is going to be a Halloween themed week. Some of the Pinpoint and This or That questions will have a Halloween theme. We’ve also themed the Match-Up round to include some Halloween words.
I hope to see you Wednesday night.
By the way, if you wear a costume, I’ll give you 5 bonus points. I wish I would’ve thought of this ahead of time so that I could have announced it last week.
Finally, I’m hoping to start the game at the end of the 2nd period of the Pens game then take a small break for the 3rd period. We’ll see how this works.
